A visit to the FIVB Beach Volleyball Championships
When we entered the packed stadium, the
women's final (Walsh-May-Treanor [USA, 1] vs. Tian Jia-Wang [CHN, 3])
was in full action!
It was a great match. Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh played for the 5th
time in a final in
Gstaad. And for the fifth time they were successful. They
defeated China's Tian Jia/Wang 2:0 (21:16;21:10). So they took
home their third FIVB World Championships title in a row.

Afterwards, we watched another game: Men's Quarter Final:

Later on, we walked over to the Swatch Get Hot Party. At this
early time of the day, it was still very
relaxed.
but it is never to early for a glass of champaign!
In the evening, we had a nice barbecue at
the Alpine Lodge:

In the evening, half of the group went to
